Craigslist for Volunteers
Over the past couple of months, I have been exploring options for developing an open source technology to allow nonprofits to post their volunteer opportunities directly on the Web. This was dovetailing with another project that’s been in my mind for a few years: “Craigslist for volunteers.”
Well, I am grateful to see that Google is actually already driving something like that!

This is fantastic, because it means that good things are getting done. I don’t care if we are the ones to do anything or not. What matters is “that which needs getting done… gets done.”
Focus on actions, not actors.
