On Nov. 4, Dallas County voters will find a proposition at the end of their ballots that needs your support. Voters are being asked to approve a $747 million bond program to build newer and more modern facilities for the Dallas County Hospital District — known simply as Parkland.

I urge you to vote FOR Parkland.
