The more I get involved in working to redistribute wealth from the rich to the poor, the more I realize that I've been using the wrong approach to donors.

Although I like to think that they care about our organization, the way that we make a difference in the lives of their less fortunate neighbors who use our services, and the impact that we have on the community... at heart, they are just like me: they're interested in charity only as a better way to achieve self actualization.
