A New Mayor at the Helm of Dallas

In his inauguration speech, Tom Leppert mentions some bold plans for our community. At one point, as you can read in the full text of Tom Leppert's inauguration speech posted on, he mentions the CEO of Central Dallas Ministries:

"We are a city of people like Larry James … who directed his heart toward helping those that are less fortunate … I am eager to work with him on improving conditions in our community, addressing the homeless and creatively identifying housing solutions."
